Preferred candidate profile

Essential

- 5+ years of experience in industrial construction.
- Strong experience in PEB industrial sheds / warehouses.
- Good knowledge of RCC foundations and civil construction.
- Experience in site development and earthwork.
- Experience in industrial flooring.
- Ability to read civil, structural and PEB drawings.
- Experience in quantity measurement and billing.
- Experience managing subcontractors and labour.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Preferred





- Experience in complete industrial shed projects from excavation to handover.
- Experience with PEB erection.
- Experience in road, drainage and external development works.
- Knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
- Experience working with consultants and industrial clients.
