Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Baner, Pune.
Salary: Up to 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding employees while ensuring a smooth hiring process. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references.
- Conduct cold calling and initial candidate screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports in MS Excel.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Target-driven and proactive approach to recruitment.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant HR qualification preferred.

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Recruitment.

Compensation

- CTC: Up to 25,000- 30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
