Manage day-to-day farm operations, crop health, fertigation, irrigation and team supervision. Handle client visits, provide agronomy support, resolve farm issues, maintain reports and ensure smooth farm operations.
Required Candidate profile
1–4 years of experience in Agronomy, Farm Management, Hydroponics, Protected Cultivation. Hydroponics experience will be preferred. Candidate with robust practical farm management and client-handling.
