Your Role

- Lead SAP FICO configuration, implementation, testing, and production support activities in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Drive core Finance Controlling processes including G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Projects, EBS, and Bank Reconciliation
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements, country rollouts, validations, substitutions, Fiori applications, and user authorization requirements
- Troubleshoot complex business and system issues while ensuring high-quality solution delivery in a fast-paced environment

Your Profile





- 6+ years of total experience with 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including solid exposure to SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience in at least2 full lifecycle SAP FICO S/4HANA implementations with expertise in configuration, testing, and support
- Strong knowledge of Validations, Substitutions, User Authorizations, Fiori Apps, FI Master Data, and financial accounting processes
- Basic understanding of SAP ABAP and familiarity with development lifecycle tools such as Jira, Transport Expresso, and related methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in global teams and present complex concepts to diverse audiences
