Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees alike. You will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with our business goals while driving organizational performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business growth.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead and support change management and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations,



conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.
- Champion initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to influence strategic decisions and measure impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee experience.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, strategic HR, or employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Passionate about people, culture, and organizational development.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Native language
