Roles & Responsibilities :
- Cold call 100-150 leads and qualify leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized home interior solutions.
- Schedule an appointment with Interior Designers to present design concepts and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Build robust relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience from consultation to project handover.
Min Qualification :
- 1-6 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Home Interiors, Real Estate, Furniture, Retail, or Lifestyle products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
