- Lead the design team in creating cutting-edge HVAC systems for automotive applications using Catia V5 software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) plans.
- Conduct surfacing operations on complex parts using Airflow tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop detailed designs, models, and documentation for HVAC components, including kinematics analysis.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry with expertise in HVAC system design.
- Proficiency in Catia V5 software for solid modeling and surfacing operations.
- Strong understanding of airflow dynamics and ability to apply knowledge to optimize system performance.
- Experience with DFMEA/DFM methodologies for product development.
