Role & responsibilities

* Analyze client business operations, financial performance, and organizational processes to identify improvement opportunities.

* Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to support strategic recommendations.

* Develop business strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.

* Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to solve business problems.

* Prepare client presentations, reports, business cases, and executive summaries.

* Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and build consensus.

* Support change management and implementation initiatives to ensure successful adoption of recommendations.

* Manage multiple client engagements, project timelines, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.





* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative and practical business solutions.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities by preparing proposals and presentations.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

* 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, business consulting, or a related advisory role.

* Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, organizational design, and performance improvement.

* Experience working on client-facing consulting engagements across multiple industries is preferred.
