- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 4 6 years of experience implementing or consulting on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Robust hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript, and scripting for personalization.
- Experience with SFMC integrations, APIs, and data management.
- Understanding of marketing automation strategies, customer lifecycle, and segmentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications like Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Developer are highly preferred.
