Should have exp. in process training for BPO in Seller support process
Monitor current employee training
Design&develop; training materials as required for coaching purpose
Aware of all training related metrics ie;TNA,TNI,throughput and many more
Required Candidate profile
Min. 2 years of exp. total 2 years exp as a Trainer on papers in a BPO for international Seller support(Mandate)
Open to work in rotational shifts
Excellent Communication & presentation skills
