Design & Development Engineer Chassis (Brake System)

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop brake system components, including Brake Booster, TMC, Calipers, Disc & Drum Brakes, Brake Tubes, Hoses, Parking Brake, and Pedals.
- Perform brake system sizing, validation, homologation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive end-to-end product development activities, including RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, technical reviews, DVP&R;, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support product development, validation, and production readiness.
- Support DV/PV testing, production builds, and resolve product development and field quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for development and warranty concerns.




- Ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones while adhering to automotive product development processes.
