Summary of Job

(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)

- To ensure smooth functioning of WTP / WCP plants

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

- Improving OPE of D M Plant.

- Monitoring of cooling tower temperatures for its effectiveness.

- Ensuring basins and top decks of cooling towers are cleaned as per schedule.

- Standardization of common spares of cooling towers.

- Reduction in effluent at DM Plant for disposal and caustic consumption at CETP.

- Reduction of cost of utility (D M Water).

- To initiate the energy saving scheme by optimization of cooling water flow / pressure at CT.





- Regular monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and spares management.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical with 2-4 years of experience.

Key

Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral)

- Operation & Maintenance of Crushers & Conveyors, Cooling towers, Compressor, pumps etc.
- To be well versed with ERP system for various analysis.
