Key Responsibilities:-

Inspection & Testing (Primary Focus):-

- Conduct a thorough inspection of incoming raw materials (GI wires, SS wires, sheathing compounds, etc.) against quality specifications
- Perform in-process inspections at critical production stages to detect defects and non-conformities
- Conduct final product testing using measuring instruments and test equipment (tensile testing, elongation, insulation resistance, and dimensional checks)

Quality Documentation & Reporting:-

- Prepare daily/weekly inspection and test reports
- Maintain inspection records, test certificates, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Document quality issues, trends, and corrective actions taken

Problem-Solving & Coordination:-

- Identify quality trends and recurring defects; escalate to production teams and Quality Head
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and suggest immediate corrective actions

Compliance & Standards:-





- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and customer specifications
- Maintain awareness of QC documentation requirements for internal and external audits

Technical Skills:-

- Hands-on experience using measuring instruments: vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, tensile testers, insulation resistance testers, and other QC tools
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel for data entry and basic analysis, Word for reports)

Core Competencies:-

- Positive communication skills to coordinate with production and quality teams
- Hands-on, shop-floor oriented with ability to work in manufacturing environments
- An organized approach to maintaining inspection records and reports

Preferred Skills:-

- Prior experience in wire, cable, or wire rope industry
- Working knowledge of GI and SS wire applications and properties
- Understanding of electrical/mechanical properties of cables and raw materials

SALARY : Rs.25000/- TO 50000/- PM
