Solid experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), Procurement Case Management, and Source-to-Pay Operations
Experience in designing/configuring workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, and automation of procurement and supplier processes.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP/Procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, along with stakeholder management and requirement gathering
