About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our sales team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, managing leads, supporting sales closures, and ensuring achievement of monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Property Advisors.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and track team performance.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Guide team members in prospecting, client handling, negotiations, and closures.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales, CRM, marketing, and site teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain proper CRM records.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training.
- Handle key clients and support the team in high-value negotiations.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader/Sales Team Lead role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valuable knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
