Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor material availability and inventory levels to support production plans.
- Manage schedule changes due to shortages, downtime, or customer priorities.
- Track production performance, schedule attainment, and delivery metrics.
- Maintain planning data in SAP/ERP/MRP systems.
- Support inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in daily production and planning meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP, or MRP systems.
- Solid Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, or Engineering industries preferred.
