Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and functional requirements to prepare effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Validate recent features, enhancements, and bug fixes before production deployment.
- Execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing for web applications.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, defect reports, and test execution reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices throughout the SDLC.

Desired Candidate Profile:





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts.
- Experience in writing, reviewing, and executing detailed test cases.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Basic understanding of API testing using Postman is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
