Role: Post Closing Collections & Finance SpecialistLocation: Uppal, Telangana.Shift Timing: Night shifts (EST hours)About the roleThis role owns everything that happens after a candidate accepts an offer collecting and organizing every required document, coordinating background checks, tracking payment schedules, and issuing invoices, so nothing falls through the cracks between a placement closing and the paperwork being fully complete.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a complete, audit-ready file for every closed placement signed agreements, offer confirmation, start date, and any approved amendmentsCoordinate and track the background check process for each new placement through to completionCollect all required post-placement documents from candidates and ensure files are complete before a placement is marked closedTrack each candidate's payment schedule from placement through the full collection periodPrepare and send invoices accurately and on schedulePersonally reach out to candidates directly on payment or document matters professionally, promptly, and with a clear record of every conversationConfirm and log payments received against the expected schedule,
flagging any discrepancies immediatelyMonitor the first 30 and 60 days after every placement closelyEscalate to leadership immediately if a candidate becomes unresponsive or an issue can't be resolved directlyCoordinate with recruiters and Talent Acquisition to resolve incomplete files or missing signaturesEnsure any non-standard arrangement is captured in a signed written document never a verbal agreement alonePrepare a regular status report for leadership on collections, outstanding documentation, and at-risk filesMaintain strict confidentiality of candidate financial and personal informationWhat we're looking for4-5 years of experience with background check coordination for new hires or placementsSharp, street-smart instincts someone who reads a situation quickly and knows how to navigate itSkilled at payment-related negotiation and follow-through, with exceptional communicationStrong Excel skills; comfortable working inside structured tracking systemsDiscretion and sound judgment handling sensitive financial and personal informationPrior experience in collections, accounts receivable, invoicing, or lending/mortgage post-closing is a robust plus
