NWe are looking for a hands-on Finance Executive based in Bengaluru who can take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the business. N n Role Description NThe Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the complete accounting and finance operations of Gladia Men , including bookkeeping, Shopify reconciliation, inventory and sales accounting, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial closing. NThis is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage finance operations and ensure that the books, cash, inventory and vendor accounts are always accurate and up to date. N n Key Responsibilities: N n1. Complete Accounting& Bookkeeping N· Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally/Tally Prime . N· Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries. N· Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledgers. N· Ensure books are updated regularly and accurately. N· Support monthly and year-end financial closing. N2. Shopify & Sales Reconciliation N· Reconcile Shopify sales reports with Tally/accounting records . N· Reconcile payment gateway settlements with Shopify orders and bank credits. N· Track prepaid, COD, cancellations, refunds, returns and discounts. N· Identify and resolve reconciliation differences. N· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reconciliation reports. N3. Inventory & Stock Accounting N· Track inventory movement from purchase to warehouse to customer. N· Reconcile stock reports with purchase and sales records . N· Monitor opening stock, purchases, sales, returns and closing stock. N· Reconcile inventory with 3PL/warehouse reports. N· Identify stock discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. N4. Vendor Management & Payments N· Maintain vendor ledgersand outstanding reports.



N· Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents. N· Prepare and process vendor payment schedules . N· Ensure timely payments to suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses and other vendors. N· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. N5. Bank & Payment GatewayReconciliation N· Perform regular bank reconciliations. N· Reconcile payment gateway settlements with bank credits. N· Track pending settlements, refunds, chargebacks and other differences. N· Ensure all receipts andpayments are properly accounted for. N6. MIS & Finance Reporting N. Prepare regular MIS covering: N· Salesn· Collections N· Vendor outstandingn· Inventory N· Expensesn· Cashflow N. Working capitaln7. GST, TDS & Compliance Support N· Maintain proper documentation for GST and TDS. N· Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance processes. N· Coordinate with the external CA/accounting team for monthly/quarterly filings. N. Ensure invoices, bills and payment proofs are properly maintained. N Requirements n· 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. N· Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime . N· Strong understanding ofinventory accounting and bookkeeping and vendor reconciliation. N· Experience with e-commerce/D2C accounting preferred. N· Experience with Shopify reconciliation and payment gateway reconciliation is highly preferred. N· Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. N· High attention to detail and accuracy. N· Good communication and follow-up skills. N· Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete finance function. NYou should be someone whocan independently manage the entire finance cycle of a growing D2C business.
