N nRole: Head Caregiver NExperience: Prior managerial experience handling attendants and nurses (compulsory) NExpertise: Nursing / Elderly Care / Team Management N nResponsibilities: NLead, supervise, and roster the team of attendants and nurses NSupport hiring and onboarding of attendants during the early growth phase NCreate and implement SOPs, checklists,
