Job DescriptionJob Title: Special Educator NJob Location: Manav Rachna International School, Noida NRole OverviewnTheSEN Teacher supports young learners with developmental delays, learning difficulties, or special educational needs by providing early intervention, individualized instruction, and inclusive classroom support in a nurturing and structured environment. NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Student Support & Early Intervention Nn Identify and support children with developmental, learning, behavioural, or social challenges. N Conduct age-appropriateobservations, screenings, and informal assessments. N Plan and implement early intervention strategies to support cognitive, language, motor, and social development. Nn2. Individualized Education Planning Nn Develop, implement, and regularly review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). N Set achievable short-term and long-term goals based on each child's needs. N Monitor progress and adapt interventions accordingly. Nn3. Classroom & Inclusive Support Nn Work closely withpre-primary teachers to implement inclusive classroom strategies. N Provide in-class support, small-group instruction, or pull-out sessions as required. N Support classroom management and positive behaviour strategies. Nn4.



Parent & Team Collaboration Nn Conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss progress and strategies. N Guide parents on home-based support techniques and routines. N Collaborate with therapists, counsellors, and external specialists when required. Nn5. Documentation &Reporting; Nn Maintain accuraterecords of assessments, IEPs, progress notes, and interventions. N Prepare reports for internal reviews, audits, and parent meetings. N Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of student information. Nn6. Behaviour & Emotional Support Nn Support children with emotional regulation, social skills, and behavioural challenges. N Implement positive reinforcement and age-appropriate behaviour plans. N Ensure a safe, supportive, and emotionally secure learning setting. NnQualifications & Skills NEducationnn Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's in Special Education (Early Intervention preferred). N RCI certification (mandatory where applicable). NnExperiencen N 2–5 years of experienceworking with early years children with special needs. NnKey Skillsn N Strong understanding ofearly childhood development and SEN strategies. N Expertise in early intervention, play-based learning, and sensory integration. N Excellent communicationand collaboration skills. N Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach. N
