N2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. NProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. NStrong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials. NExperience in residentialprojects preferred. NGood communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.



NAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. NKnowledge of local building regulations and approval processes will be an added advantage. NnWhat You’ll Be Doing: NLead Design Projects: Manage architectural designs from concept to completion. NCreate & Present: Prepare layouts, drawings, 3D models, and design presentations. NCollaborate with Teams: Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors, and vendors. NMonitor Site Progress: Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed correctly. NResolve Challenges: Address design and technical issues during project execution. NEnsure Compliance: Follow building regulations, approval requirements, and industry standards. NMaintain Documentation: Keep project drawings, revisions, and records up to date. NDrive Innovation: Explore current materials, technologies, and sustainable design solutions
