Role & responsibilities
- Installation and configuring of Operating Systems of Windows 7, 10 & 11.
- Good Knowledge of desktop & laptop hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Installation & configuration of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook & troubleshooting related problems.
- Configuration of Printer & Scanner.
- Understanding of various LAN and WAN technologies.
- Valuable knowledge of Wi-Fi setup and access point configuration.
- Good knowledge of IP addressing.
- Understanding remote installations using remote access tools.
- Good knowledge of video conferencing solutions.
Required Skills:
- Good Hardware part replacement knowledge
- Worked on LAN Crimping, I/O Punching.
- Good Knowledge of desktop & laptop troubleshooting.
