Role Overview

- Designation: Customer Support Executive
- Process: International Chat (E-commerce Seller Support)
- Location: Pune (In-Office)
- Compensation: Up to 3.5 LPA 4.2 LPA (32,000 CTC/month) + Performance Incentives
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts (5.5 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality real-time chat support to international sellers on an global e-commerce platform.
- Resolve seller inquiries across orders, payments, logistics/deliveries, returns, payouts, and account management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores while meeting defined chat handling and resolution metrics.
- Handle complex merchant queries with structured problem-solving and clear, professional written communication.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

- Mandatory Requirement:



Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice or Chat Process.
- Domain Experience: Prior E-commerce Seller Support experience is MANDATORY.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with impeccable grammar, syntax, and typing speed.
- Education: Open to both undergraduates & graduates.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.
