HR Operations Manager/Sr Manager

Job Overview
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective execution of employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HRIS administration, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee payroll processing, full and final settlements, leave administration, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, BOCW, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage the HRIS, employee database, and HR analytics to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR operational matters.




- Manage employee insurance and Mediclaim administration, including claim processing and query resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team while managing relationships with HR vendors and service providers.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 12+ years of HR experience with at least 8+ years in HR Operations for Construction Industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, statutory compliance, Legal and HR policies.
- Experience with HRIS.
- Advanced Excel and HR analytics skills.
