JD: Siebel CRM Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Design, configure, and customize Oracle Siebel CRM applications, including: Siebel Tools configurations (Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views) Workflows, Assignment Manager, State Model, and SmartScripts Siebel EAI (EAI Siebel Adapter, EAI XML Converter, Transports) * Develop and maintain Siebel eScripts (Browser Scripts and Server Scripts) * Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel functional and performance issues * Support Siebel deployments, migrations, and production issue resolution * Develop and maintain C# and .NET applications that integrate with Siebel CRM * Build and support web services (SOAP/REST) for Siebel and external system integrations * Develop and maintain SSIS packages for: * Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 application support for Siebel and integrated systems * Analyze logs,



debug application issues, and perform root cause analysis * Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and system enhancement initiatives Required Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM * Strong hands-on experience with: C# and .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS * Solid understanding of Siebel architecture and data model * Experience with Siebel integration technologies (EAI, web services) * Solid SQL and database performance tuning skills * Experience working in Agile or SDLC-based environments
