Role Overview-

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Manager – Business Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The candidate will analyze business performance, develop dashboards and reports, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The role requires strong expertise in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, data analysis, KPI reporting, stakeholder management, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities-

- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Gather analytics and reporting requirements from business stakeholders.




- Work closely with development teams on SQL and data-related requirements.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Perform root-cause analysis and performance assessments.
- Monitor KPIs and present analytical findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Sales, and other teams.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning through analytical models.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics capability development.

Must-Have Skills-

- 13–15 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced MS Excel – formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Robust experience in KPI development, business reporting, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.




- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Experience in dashboard development and reporting automation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Experience in US Debt Collections / Mortgage / Financial Services domain.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with ETL, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Analytics.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Exposure to process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Analytics, or BI.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Master's degree such as MCA, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent is preferred.
