Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of our AI-powered SaaS platform. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end technical architecture and execution, while leading a cross-functional team of frontend (React.js), backend (Golang), and AWS DevOps/Infrastructure engineers. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with robust leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned to product roadmap and business outcomes.

Work You'll Do Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Define and own the end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, data, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure)
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions leveraging AWS cloud-native services
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the engineering team
- Drive architectural decisions for high-throughput AI/LLM-based processing systems

Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features
- Break down business requirements into technical designs, epics, and sprint deliverables
- Ensure alignment between product, engineering, and data/AI workflows
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks

Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including frontend engineers (React.js), backend engineers (Golang / APIs / microservices), and AWS DevOps and Infrastructure engineers
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical coaching

Platform Engineering & Scalability
- Architect systems capable of high-scale processing (e.g., large document ingestion, LLM workloads)
- Optimize performance for low latency, high throughput, and cost efficiency
- Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring frameworks
- Ensure system reliability through fault tolerance, retries,



and self-healing mechanisms

AI/ML & Data Integration
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLM pipelines, OCR, and metadata extraction workflows
- Design data models and pipelines for structured and hierarchical data outputs
- Ensure seamless integration with downstream systems (data warehouses, BI tools, APIs)

Security, Compliance & Governance
- Implement and enforce security best practices (RBAC, encryption, secure APIs, VPC architecture)
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, data privacy requirements)
- Oversee access controls, auditability, and data protection mechanisms

Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Provide technical input into roadmap planning, effort estimation, and prioritization
- Communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect in building scalable SaaS platforms
- Frontend: React.js (or similar modern frameworks)
- Backend: Golang (or comparable languages like Java, Python, Node.js)
- Cloud: AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Bedrock, IAM, VPC, etc.)
- Experience designing microservices and distributed systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems, LLM integration, or data processing pipelines
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-driven or data-intensive platforms
- Exposure to LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or high-volume API systems
- Knowledge of data modeling for hierarchical and relational datasets
