We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Infrastructure Tendering Executive with hands-on experience in Railway, National Highway (NHAI), and other government infrastructure tenders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to successful bid submission.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and monitor tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, IRCON, RVNL, DFCCIL, RailTel, Indian Railways, NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, and various state e-procurement portals.

* Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQs, and commercial terms.

* Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.

* Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams for bid preparation.

* Prepare and manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, tender fees, affidavits, and statutory documentation.

* Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.

* Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and project pipelines.

* Liaise with clients and government departments for tender-related clarifications and documentation.
