We are building a High-Performance Sales team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for Jr. Sales Executives to join our team. Please note that this position is suitable for, 0-2 yearsu202fof experience into Sales Profile.
Number of Positions: 01 Required.
Experience: 0 to 2 Years experienced or someone having relevant experience as Tele-Sales/Outbound Sales or Inside-Sale s Executive/Associate role/Sales Executive for Electronic Products & Components.
Salary Range : Annual CTC ranges from Rs. 3,00,343/- to Rs.4,23,228/- per annum (In-Hand: u20b920,000 to u20b930,000 per month).
Sales Incentives: per month based on Target Achievements/Conversions.
Educational Qualification: Graduates/Diploma/B. E -Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC;), Mechatronics, or anyone with relevant experience into Tele-Sales/Out-bound/Inside Sales will be preferred.
Required Key Skills:
- Fluent verbal & written English communication is must.
- Microsoft Excel & Basic computer knowledge.
- Relevant Experience as a Out-bound Sales,
Tele-Sales or Inside-Sale s Executive/Associate for Electronic Products & Components.
- Electronic product & components (Battery, Sensor, Raspberry Pi, Arduino etc.) Knowledge or from same Background

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact B2B customers to generate leads
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Manage and coordinate the after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Onboard current B2B customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily activities
