Title- Java Full Stack (Sr Engineer and Lead)

Location- Pune

Notice: 15 Days OR Immediate joiners only

Mode- Hybrid

Shift: 1:00 PM- 10:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack (lead) to design, develop, and lead end-to-end enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java along with modern frontend technologies, and proven experience in leading development teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery & good BFSI domain experience.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Provide technical mentorship to developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Full Stack Development

- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot,



Microservices architecture.
- Build responsive UI using Angular.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Work on database design and optimization (SQL).

Project Delivery

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Break down requirements into technical tasks and manage sprint planning.
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality output.

Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of developers.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, HashMap, concurrency HashMap, multi-threading, singleton, deadlock condition, spring boot, strings, design patterns, Data structure
- Experience in building REST APIs and web services
- Hands-on angular2+ version- typesecript, HTMLS, CSS.
- Experience in banking, payment gateway, finance & insurance domain is must.
- Knowledge of database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Understanding of design patterns and data structures

Additional Skills

- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems
- Experience with AI tools.
- Robust debugging and performance tuning skills
