Work Location - Pune (Work from Office)

Shift timings - (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) IST

Post ERA/EOB payments (electronic and manual) from commercial, government, and managed care payers, matching payments to corresponding claims accurately.

Apply contractual adjustments, co-insurance, co-pay, and deductible amounts per payer contract terms.

Post patient payments received via front desk collections, online portals, mail, lock-box, and phone payments.

Process zero-pay remittances, denial codes, and reason/remark codes, routing to appropriate AR follow-up queues.

Reconcile daily payment batches against bank deposits and lock-box reports, identifying and resolving variances same-day.

Identify and flag credit balances and overpayments for refund processing.

Handle payer recoupment notices, offset letters,



and take-back transactions.

Maintain posting turnaround within established SLA (typically 24 hours from receipt).

Ensure accuracy of payment posting at 99% accuracy rate with HIPAA, CMS, and organizational financial policies in all posting activities.
