Job Description:

- Configure, implement, and support SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to meet business requirements and ensure seamless order-to-cash business processes.
- Analyze business needs, gather functional requirements, prepare detailed solution designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP SD solutions.
- Manage sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, credit management, customer master data, and output determination within the SAP ERP workplace.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, ABAP developers, and third-party vendors to develop, test, and deploy system enhancements and integrations.
- Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.




- Troubleshoot SAP SD issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve production incidents, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Create functional specifications, maintain system documentation, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to improve system adoption and business productivity.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects while ensuring timely delivery, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
