Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3 to 4 /years of hands-on experience to join our DevOps team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations by automating workflows, managing cloud infrastructure, and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision, configure, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized environments and workloads to ensure seamless scaling and deployment.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Set up comprehensive logging, metrics, and alerting systems to proactively catch system anomalies and reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).
- Security & Compliance (DevSecOps): Integrate security scanning tools into pipelines, manage secrets securely, and enforce least-privilege access policies across environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software development and QA teams to troubleshoot environment bottlenecks and streamline deployment processes.

Required Technical Skills

- Cloud Platforms: 3+ years of production experience with at least one major provider: AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM), Azure (AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps), or GCP.
- CI/CD Tools: Strong hands-on proficiency with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Containerization: Deep understanding of Docker and production experience with Kubernetes (K8s) (writing manifests, troubleshooting pods, configmaps).
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform (module design, state management) or AWS CloudFormation.
- Configuration Management: Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Scripting: Solid programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.




- Linux Administration: Strong command-line proficiency, system configuration, and understanding of networking concepts (VPCs, DNS, Load Balancers, VPNs).
- Monitoring & Logging: Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Datadog.

Job Title: DevOps Lead [7+ years exp. 1-No]

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary DevOps Lead with 7+ years of experience to spearhead our cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and release automation strategies. In this role, you will be both a hands-on technical architect and a mentor to a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- In addition to the above Key responsibilities – Should have the following
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DevOps/Platform engineers. Establish engineering best practices, conduct code/architecture reviews (especially for IaC), and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required Technical Expertise (7+ Years)

- Cloud Architecture: Deep production-grade expertise with AWS (EKS, IAM, Transit Gateway, RDS, CloudTrail), Azure, or GCP. Proven experience managing multi-account structures and hybrid-cloud networks.
- Orchestration at Scale: Mastery of Kubernetes (K8s). Experience managing cluster upgrades, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), network policies, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux).
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code: Expert-level knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu, including developing reusable, secure enterprise-grade modules and managing complex state layouts.
- Enterprise CI/CD: Experience designing enterprise-wide delivery frameworks using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins, ensuring strict compliance gates and automated rollback strategies.
- Observability & SRE: Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. Proven experience setting up enterprise monitoring (Datadog, Dynatrace, or Prometheus/Grafana) using SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
- Systems & Scripting: Solid engineering fundamentals in Python, Go, or Bash, along with deep Linux networking and internals knowledge.
