Role Overview/Your Impact

Any graduate with minimum of 1-2 years of experience including:

- International voice, chat, and email support.
- Handling customer queries and first-level resolution.
- Working on ticketing tools/CRM systems.
- Documentation on processes or process transition
- Coordinating with teams to ensure SLA compliance.
- Telecom domain experience will be an added advantage although not necessary.

What Does the team do

The Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality international voice, chat, and email support to enterprise customers. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-handling expertise, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Important metrics include process design, customer engagement and relationship management, customer satisfaction and SLAs compliance, inventory management. The Analyst will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.

Our Expectations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Experience in handling international voice support and chat/email processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Strong PC skills especially MS Office and ability to adapt to different software.
- Team player with robust interpersonal skills
