Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher for Grades 8 to 12. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language and literature instruction, fostering critical thinking, communication skills, and a love for reading and writing among students in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities.

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 8 to 12.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources to support effective teaching and learning.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, analytical abilities, and effective communication through classroom activities and discussions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, tests, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.




- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and student development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, academic planning, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology and innovative teaching methodologies into the classroom.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
