Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.

- MBA/PGDM degree In HR Specialization from a reputed institution.
- Preferred Male candidates.

- Robust understanding of recruitment management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
