Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and strategic QA Engineer with 35 years of experience to take full ownership of the end-to-end QA life cycle for healthcare software products. This role combines handson testing with cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, compliant software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define scalable test strategies for functional, regression, UAT, API, and integration testingshould be able to automate using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and RestAssured Resolve technical blockers and provide leadership support
Collaborate with developers, Product Managers, DevOps,
and product teams for successful delivery
Take ownership of QA deliverables, timelines, and quality outcomes
Conduct requirement reviews, impact analysis, and proactively identify risks
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) in all testing efforts
Track test metrics and continuously improve QA processes and coverage
Evaluate new tools and drive initiatives to improve test effectiveness and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of QA experience
Expertise in manual and automation testing using Selenium, Java, RestAssured, Postman
Strong in SQL for database validation
Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Maven, TestNG, JIRA
Communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to take initiative, solve challenges, and drive project success Optional Skills
Experience with healthcare systems like EHR/EMR, claims, or billing workflows
Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD/CPT standards
