Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective training programs for junior staff members to improve their skills in tool manufacturing, maintenance, and operation.
- Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production schedules.
- Coordinate with design team to develop recent tools and Jig & Fixture, making necessary modifications as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within an auto components industry setting.
- Diploma or ITI degree in Mechanical or related field; knowledge of CNC machines, VMC machines, lathe machines, milling machines etc. .
