We are looking for a skilled IRR Common Workstream Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PRA guidelines and controls for regulatory and financial reporting processes.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective regulatory reporting operating models, processes, systems, and data flows at group, business, and country levels.

- Ensure compliance with PRA guidelines and controls for regulatory and financial reporting processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory reporting.

- Design and maintain processes and systems to support regulatory reporting requirements.

- Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory reporting processes and procedures.

- Monitor and analyze regulatory reporting performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Qualified accountant or equivalent with a strong understanding of regulatory reporting principles.





- Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting operating models, processes, systems, and data flows.
