Job Summary: Krisala Developers is seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Manager Quality to lead the Quality function across multiple residential projects. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement to deliver superior construction quality and customer satisfaction..

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality strategies and processes to meet organizational goals
- Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure product quality and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in Quality department with at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
