Title: Program Manager - Lighting Products PCBA (Customer Projects) Location: Pune, India

Role Overview: The Program Manager will lead customer-facing projects in the lighting domain, with an understanding of PCB assemblies (PCBA). This role requires balancing technical expertise, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership to deliver creative lighting solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing end-to-end project execution.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans and deliverables.
- Oversee design, development, and validation of lighting products including PCB assemblies.
- Manage engineering change requests and numbers (ECNs) and ensure smooth implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and customers.

Qualifications Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field




- ~10 years in program management within electronics manufacturing, lighting, or PCBA industries.
- Strong understanding of New product development, PCB design, assembly, and testing processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems, and project management methodologies.

Desired Attributes:

- Proven track record of managing complex customer projects in electronics/lighting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management.
