- Achieve sales targets for Industrial/Refinish Paints.
- Manage dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Appoint current dealers and expand the market.

- Coordinate with technical teams for customer support.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct dealer/painter meets and product promotion activities.
