- Facilitate and lead DFMEA activities across product development programs.
- Ensure compliance with AIAG-VDA and SAE J1739 standards.
- Drive failure mode analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation activities.
- Track DFMEA maturity, KPIs, and action closure.
- Support product life cycle management and application engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain DFMEA templates, databases, and lessons learned.
- Conduct DFMEA reviews, mentoring, and training for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability.
