Experience
- 10 + years of IBM i (AS400/iSeries) Production & Application Support
- Robust hands-on experience in Production Support
- 24x7 Production Support & Incident Management
- Experience in Logistics / Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain (Preferred)

- RPGLE (Fixed & Free Format), CL/CLLE
- DB2/400, SQL
- DDS (PF, LF, DSPF, PRTF), Subfiles
- Production Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Job Log, MSGW & Batch Job Troubleshooting
- Debugging & Code Analysis
- Journaling, Commitment Control & OVRDBF
- Record Locks, Object Locks & File Allocation
- Production Data Investigation & Performance Tuning
Hands-on Experience
- Production Support & Incident Resolution
