Job Description 1.Job Objective : 'Die casting Manager.

2.Key Role & Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for a l die casting KPI's Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development, Safety & Morale. 2.Overa l Management of Production planning & resources. 3.Initiating & executing Projects to improve First Time Right. 4. Close coordination with other production & support functions such as paint shop, Machining, tool room, ME, project, DMG. 5. Implementation of SMED and SGA for rejection reduction and productivity improvement. 6. Knowledge of TPM and safety practices on shop floor. 7. Responsible for co lection and share MIS data for die casting department to HOD and top management. 8. Knowledge of Microsoft excel and power point presentation.

3.Qualification & Experience Required : BE Mech / production with appropriate experience in die casting process. Knowledge of die casting trouble shooting with systematic approach. Overa l, 9 to 12 Years of Experience.

4.Personal Characteristic : Exce lent Planning & Execution ski ls. Leadership to drive a team of @ 150 people including Operators.
