Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks.
Design and prepare course materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software updates.
Instruction & Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive classroom training sessions.
Provide individual and group instruction to students of varying skill levels.
Utilize effective teaching methodologies, including demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.
Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
Student Support:
Provide ongoing support to students, including answering questions, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance.
Monitor student progress and provide personalized learning plans.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate student records and attendance records.
Prepare and submit reports on training progress.
Participate in career development activities to enhance teaching skills.
