We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tech Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.3, and API-driven architecture. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.3.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and implement API documentation standards using Open API specifications.
• Build secure, reusable, and optimized microservices-based solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Collaborate with frontend teams (React good to have) to ensure seamless system integration.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best coding practices and design principles.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps,



and Product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of relevant IT industry experience in backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 17.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot 3.x.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs with Open API/Swagger.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL – optional).
• Robust knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with React for frontend integration.
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
