- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes using tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Provide expert guidance on eTOM processes and levels to ensure seamless operations.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
