Role Overview

The PC Technology Innovation Solutions Engineer will be a key member of the People Culture (PC) Engineering team within Roche Digital Technology (RDT). Operating at the intersection of public cloud infrastructure and core HR SaaS platforms, the PC Engineering team provides the technical enablers and hands-on validation required to realize PC strategic objectives.

As the PC Technology Innovation Solutions Engineer, you will act as a hands-on technical partner to Product Delivery Leads (PDLs) and work alongside Solution Architects. In this role,



you will evaluate technology roadmaps, assess feature feasibility, write serverless glue code, and build cloud-native prototypes and integration adapters for our PC platform ecosystem.
